Salary: MPS - UPS - £32,916-£51,048 FTE (This will be paid pro-rata to reflect hours and weeks worked). This position also attracts a SEN allowance of £2,787 per annum

Working Pattern: This is a full time, permanent position working 1.0 FTE, 39 weeks per year

Willowbrook School is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Specialist SEND Teacher to lead and develop our Communication & Interaction (C&I) provision as part of our expanding SEND offer.

This is a unique opportunity to shape an inclusive, forward-thinking curriculum that supports some of our most vulnerable learners within a mainstream setting.

As part of our evolving SEND strategy, you will:

  • Lead a small, specialist class focused on C&I needs
  • Support whole-school development of inclusive practice
  • Deliver targeted interventions and staff training
  • Contribute to our vision for enhanced onsite SEND provision
  • Support curriculum development and delivery for Cognition & Learning.

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in inclusive primary education and C&I strategies
  • Creative, resilient, and passionate about making a difference
  • Ready to innovate and collaborate within a dynamic team.
